The Brief
Okapi Resources is an Australian company with uranium mining interests in Canada and the USA, as well as gold mining interests in New South Wales. The company is publicly listed on both the ASX in Australia and OTC market in North America. Having reached a certain maturity with their flagship Tallahassee Uranium Project, Okapi engaged Republic PR to improve their shareholder communications. Spirit was engaged to work with Republic to build a new website which better reflected the company as a mature mining organisation with a focus on the Uranium energy market.
The Solution
Working within Okapi's existing branding guidelines, Spirit Graphics designed and built a new Wordpress website which we continue to host and maintain. The design revolves around the concept of nuclear energy as a carbon-free power source and the importance of uranium in this story. We included many special design features such as the animated title-bar graphic and custom styled share performance widgets, and also designed a set of bespoke infographics to tie in with the overall look of the website.
