Pure Foods Tasmania 2021 Annual Report

The Brief

Pure Foods Tasmania came to us initially for their IPO Prospectus in early 2020 and have come back for their Annual Report every year since. The company was originally formed in 2015 with the aim to enhance and promote Tasmania’s premium food and beverage businesses. PFT’s strategy is to develop new premium products within existing brands new acquisitions, focussed in the plant-based food market. Our design brief 2021 was to evolve the look of the 2020 design slightly but retain essence of the pristine, clean, green environment of Tasmania.

The Solution

The key design element for this client is the detailed Tasmanian map we created, from which we can use the ragged coastline to create a variety of interesting organic lines to divide up the space. Secondly we used leaf textures as backgrounds to represent the plant-based food which is the company's main focus. Using these two constant themes we created a cohesive overall look that tied the report together, even as we adapted colour palettes for the various sub-brands.
